the staff provided helpful information regarding weather apps to assist with hiking plans. the room was bright and clean, offering a really nice view. the hotel's location provided easy access to the train station as well as a coop and migros nearby. a shuttle bus service was available, although i did not personally use it.
the bathroom felt quite small, especially when trying to manage personal items. the placement of towels on the rail interfered with the shower door functionality, inconvenient. certain settings on the hairdryer also did not seem to work properly. the limited space made it less suitable for a couple.

Really good Stay with Mountain Views

The room was super clean and spacious. A large wardrobe room provided ample storage for all our belongings. I enjoyed the lovely balcony that had chairs, a table, and cozy blankets. I found the Matterhorn view from the balcony amazing.
The hairdryer only had one functioning setting. This was not a big deal, but it was slightly inconvenient.

mixed feelings about the room

the breakfast was acceptable.
Our "double room matterhorn view" felt cramped. the bathroom was particularly small. I found it difficult to maneuver, and there wasn't adequate space for toiletries (i even hit my elbow several times!). additionally, the bed was firmer than i prefer, and i struggled to find a comfortable sleeping position each night.
